Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Poga Innovations, LLC, doing business as KineoFrame (“KineoFrame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the KineoFrame mobile application. The app disclosures below match the Privacy Policy presented in the current KineoFrame app. A separate website-specific section explains technical information associated with visiting kineoframe.com.

1. Photos permission and media access

KineoFrame requests Photos access when you choose to import Live Photos or videos and when you choose to save an exported movie. Depending on the permission you select in iOS, KineoFrame may receive limited access to only the items you permit or full access to your photo library. KineoFrame uses only the media available under your chosen permission to import clips, create frames and previews, apply edits, save drafts, and export movies.

You can review or change Photos access at any time in the iOS Settings app under KineoFrame and Photos. If you remove access, media that the app can no longer read may not be available for editing.

2. On-device processing

KineoFrame processes media and creative edits on your device. The app does not require an account and does not upload your imported media, drafts, or exported projects to KineoFrame servers. Information processed only on your device is not collected by KineoFrame.

3. Local drafts and exported projects

KineoFrame may store drafts, frame edits, preview images, project metadata, and exported project files in the app's local storage so you can continue editing or view finished work later. You can delete drafts from Saved Drafts and delete exported projects from Exported Projects inside the app. Deleting an exported project from KineoFrame does not delete a separate copy that you saved to Photos or shared elsewhere.

Deleting KineoFrame from your device ordinarily removes the app's local data from that device. It does not remove copies already saved to Photos, sent to another app, or shared with another person.

4. Saving and sharing

When you choose to save or share an exported movie, iOS may provide options such as saving to Photos, sending to another app, or sharing with another person. These actions are initiated by you and are governed by Apple and the destination service's privacy practices.

5. Support communications

No support information is transmitted unless you choose to send the email, and you may edit or remove the prefilled diagnostic details before sending.

If you choose Contact Support and send an email, Poga Innovations, LLC, doing business as KineoFrame, may receive your email address, the message and attachments you provide, the KineoFrame version and build number, your iOS version, and your device model. This information is used to respond to the request, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Support information is retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. You may request deletion of a support communication by emailing support@kineoframe.com, subject to any information that must be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.

6. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

KineoFrame currently does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or data brokers. KineoFrame does not sell personal information.

The current app does not share app-collected user data with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs because those services are not integrated into the app.

7. Children

KineoFrame is not directed to children under 13.

8. Website technical information

Visiting kineoframe.com is separate from using the KineoFrame mobile app. The website is a static informational and support site and does not require an account.

Website hosting, network, and security providers may receive standard technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested page, date and time of a request, and security or error logs.

The website files do not include advertising pixels, session-replay scripts, or analytics scripts. The current website requests typeface resources from Google Fonts. When a browser requests those resources from Google, Google may receive standard technical information associated with that web request. KineoFrame does not use the font request for advertising or cross-app tracking.

If the website's data practices materially change, this policy will be updated before those new practices are represented here as current.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as KineoFrame changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
