Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Poga Innovations, LLC, doing business as KineoFrame (“KineoFrame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and apply to your use of the KineoFrame mobile application.

1. Your content

You are responsible for the Live Photos, videos, edits, text, stickers, drawings, exports, and other content you create, save, or share using KineoFrame. You should only use media and content that you have the right to use.

2. App functionality

KineoFrame is provided as a creative editing tool for motion-based media. Features may change over time, and some functionality may depend on your device, iOS version, available storage, Photos permissions, or selected media.

3. Local drafts and exports

KineoFrame may save drafts and exported projects locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping separate copies of content you want to preserve. Deleting a project, deleting the app, clearing device storage, or certain iOS actions may remove local app data. Deleting a project from KineoFrame does not delete a separate copy already saved to Photos or shared elsewhere.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KineoFrame to create, edit, export, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

5. No guarantee

KineoFrame is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Poga Innovations, LLC, doing business as KineoFrame, does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that local drafts or exports will always be recoverable.

6. Third-party services

If you choose to save or share content through iOS or another app, those third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Intellectual property

KineoFrame, including its app design and original app elements, belongs to Poga Innovations, LLC, doing business as KineoFrame. Apple and Live Photos are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. IOS is a trademark or registered trademark of Cisco in the U.S. and other countries and regions and is used under license. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
